RETURNS
At Mullido, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to withdraw and return the goods. If for any reason our clothing isn’t right for you, you don’t need to provide a reason. Please remember that returned items must be unused and undamaged.
To withdraw from the sales agreement, please email us at hello@mullido.pl to inform us of your decision. Please send the return without delay, and no later than 14 calendar days from the date you notified us of your intention to return the goods. Remember to include the bank account number to which we should issue the refund.

COMPLAINTS
If the product you purchased turns out to be defective, damaged, or not as ordered, we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
Please contact us and describe in detail what happened.
We will reply as quickly as possible and provide further instructions regarding the complaint process.
If your complaint is accepted, we will pursue the solution most favourable to you. This may include exchanging the product for a new one, repairing it, issuing a refund, or another form of compensation.
