The Administrator collects the following data: name and surname, home address, delivery address (if different from the home address), email address, and telephone number. Providing the above data is voluntary, but necessary to purchase goods from Mullido.
Data processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".
Due to the voluntary nature of the Customer's provision of his or her personal data, he or she has the right to access, correct, delete or limit the processing of his or her personal data.
The Customer's personal data will be processed for the purpose of executing the sales contract for goods purchased from Mullido, fulfilling tax obligations, and conducting e-mail communication and providing responses, in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1 of the GDPR.
- Due to the nature of Mullido's business activity, the Customer's personal data may be made available to the following categories of recipients: external courier and postal companies, accounting, legal and IT companies.
The customer confirms that by making a purchase at Mullido, they are automatically subscribed to the newsletter. The subscription can be canceled at any time by sending an email to hello@mullido.pl.
