I. General Provisions

The online store available at www.mullido.pl (hereinafter: “Mullido”) sells goods via the Internet.
The owner of Mullido is: KIWILAND Natalia Jezierska, ul. Księżycowa 3, 01-934 Warsaw, Poland; e-mail: hello@mullido.pl; contact phone: +48 737 867 804; VAT ID (NIP): 1181911408.
Clients of Mullido may be adults (natural persons), legal persons, or organizational units without legal personality (hereinafter: Clients).
Any person placing an order at Mullido is required to read these Terms & Conditions.

II. Rules for Using Mullido

Using Mullido is possible provided that the Client’s IT system meets the following minimum technical requirements:
– a computer or mobile device with Internet access;
– access to e-mail;
– a web browser: Internet Explorer version 11 or newer, Firefox 28.0 or newer, Chrome 32 or newer, Opera 12.17 or newer, Safari 1.1 or newer;
– Cookies and JavaScript enabled in the web browser.

The goods offered by Mullido are handmade. Due to their uniqueness, they may differ slightly from one another.
Mullido makes every effort to ensure that the products presented on the website match their actual appearance and characteristics as closely as possible.
All goods offered are brand new and free from any defects, unless expressly stated otherwise (for example, items used in a photo shoot or “second-grade” items).
Prices of goods presented on Mullido’s website are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
The prices shown do not include delivery costs, which are determined separately for each order and depend on the delivery method selected by the Client and the order value.
In case of any doubts, the Client should contact Mullido for additional information and clarification, which can be provided by e-mail or phone on business days between 9:00–16:00.
All sizes shown in Mullido’s size charts should be treated as approximate; actual measurements may vary by ±5%.

III. Procedure for Concluding a Sales Agreement

Orders can be placed 24/7.
Placing an order requires correctly completing and submitting the order form using the tools available on Mullido’s website and providing the data necessary to fulfill the order: first name, last name, shipping method, shipping address, e-mail address, phone number, and for businesses: company name, registered address, shipping address, e-mail, phone number, and VAT ID (NIP).

Placing an order means the Client completes all of the following steps:
a) adding all desired products to the cart by clicking “Add to cart”;
b) entering all data necessary to fulfill the order in the order form;
c) choosing the shipping method;
d) paying for the order, which constitutes confirmation of the conclusion of the sales agreement.

Before placing the order, the Client is informed of the total price of the ordered goods, the total delivery cost, and any other potential costs related to the order.
Order processing time is up to 3 business days, starting from the day following the day the Client places the order. Mullido reserves the right to extend the order processing time; the Client will be promptly informed of this, together with the exact new fulfilment date.
If a given product is unavailable, the Client will be informed immediately.
In the situation referred to above, the Client may:
a) cancel the order and receive a refund of the full amount paid;
b) agree to partial fulfillment and receive a refund for the canceled part;
c) agree to an extended order processing time.

All printed products (patterned fabrics) offered by Mullido may differ in pattern placement from the photos presented in the Store, which are for illustrative purposes only.
Discount codes offered by Mullido do not apply to products whose base price has already been reduced (unless expressly stated otherwise).

IV. Payment

The Client must pay the value of the ordered goods together with the selected shipping costs using one of the following methods:
a) bank transfer to Mullido’s account: PL43 1160 2202 0000 0004 7782 6201;
b) mobile payment BLIK via the tpay online payment system;
c) credit or debit card via the tpay online payment system;
d) electronic wallets (including Google Pay, “Kliknij i zapłać z Visa”, PayPal) via tpay;
e) business installments (installment payments for business);
f) deferred payments (PayPo, Twisto, BLIK Płacę Później).

Payment must be made no later than 5 business days after placing the order.
If, within the above deadline, the order amount is not credited to Mullido’s bank account, the order will be automatically canceled.
Accepted payment cards: VISA.

V. Delivery

The Client may choose the following delivery methods:
a) InPost Parcel Locker13.99 PLN;
b) InPost Courier15.99 PLN.

Cash-on-delivery shipping is not available.
Personal pickup of orders is not available.
Mullido is not responsible for re-shipping goods that were returned to Mullido due to the addressee’s absence, change of address without notifying Mullido, an incorrect delivery address, or failure to collect a parcel from the post office, parcel locker, or other pickup point within the designated time.
For orders over 399 PLN, shipping to a parcel locker or by courier is free.
Shipping outside Poland is possible. Such service will be priced individually. To place an order with international shipping, please e-mail: hello@mullido.pl.

VI. Intellectual Property

All goods offered by Mullido are unique products created on the basis of original designs, to which copyright belongs exclusively to Mullido.
Copying, duplicating, reproducing, or imitating the goods offered by Mullido—including their designs and derivatives—constitutes an infringement of Mullido’s economic copyrights.
All materials on Mullido’s website, such as photos, texts, and graphics, are the property of Mullido. Their use without Mullido’s consent is prohibited.

VII. Right of Withdrawal from the Sales Agreement

A Client who is a Consumer may withdraw from the Agreement without giving any reason by submitting an appropriate statement within 14 calendar days. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before it expires to: hello@mullido.pl.
The 14-day period is counted from the day the Client—or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Client—takes possession of the goods.
The return should be sent without undue delay, and no later than 14 calendar days from the moment the Client notifies Mullido of the intention to return the purchased goods, to the following address: KIWILAND Natalia Jezierska, ul. Księżycowa 3, 01-934 Warsaw.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Client, who should ensure the item is shipped in a way that does not risk damage or loss.
Upon receiving the return, Mullido will, within no more than 14 calendar days, refund the payments made by the Client related to the purchase of the goods (the cost of the goods only, excluding shipping costs).
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Client for the original transaction.
All returned goods must be unused and undamaged.
Mullido does not accept cash-on-delivery return shipments.
It is not possible to return ordered products in person.

VIII. Complaints (Claims)

The Client has the right to submit a complaint by registered mail to: KIWILAND Natalia Jezierska, ul. Księżycowa 3, 01-934 Warsaw, or by e-mail to: hello@mullido.pl.
Complaints regarding damage incurred during transport will be considered only if the goods were received in the presence of the courier and this was confirmed in a damage/complaint protocol.
Complaints regarding goods will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date the complaint is submitted.
The response to the complaint will be sent by e-mail to the address provided by the Client when placing the order.
The time limit for submitting a complaint is 2 years from the date of receiving the goods.
Mullido is responsible for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with applicable law.

X. Final Provisions

In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
By placing an order, the Client declares that they have read these Terms & Conditions and accept all of their provisions.
Any disputes arising in connection with the performance of sales agreements between Mullido and the Client shall be resolved first by negotiation, with the intention of reaching an amicable settlement. If an amicable resolution proves impossible, any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over Mullido’s registered office.
